Founder

Drinks business is in Sam's blood, with generations of experience in brands and production. Never satisfied with an idea, Sam is relentlessly focused on delivering much needed innovation to the industry.

Douglas Warden

CEO

With 7 years experience at Diageo in M&A, Strategy and as Head of Tech investments, Douglas is a perfect fit to lead EzTenda's growth. Douglas started out as an accountant with PwC, and more recently founded his own Beer brand.

Tiago Amorim

General Manager Spain

Tiago has extensive experience in the drinks business, having owned and operated wholesale businesses in Spain and Brazil. Tiago was also the General Manager for a Spanish distributor, with responsibility for overseeing operations, strategy, and market development.

Ian Mason

General Manager ANZ

With 16 years of drinks and hospitality experience in the UK and Australia, Ian brings the expertise, vision, and leadership driving EzTenda’s ANZ expansion. A results-driven leader, he delivers growth through innovation, strong relationships, and measurable value in the industry.
