Tender FAQs

Q: Can I tender all my drinks in one tender?
A: No. You must break them out by category. If you need help, then get in touch.

Q: How long does it take to post a tender?
A: The first tender usually takes a few minutes to create. Each tender after that takes about 1 minute to create. Head to your dashboard, click "Tender View" button and then Duplicate a tender to save time.

Q: I have a lot of tenders. Can I publish tenders in bulk?
A: Get in touch with the EzTenda team who can support with this.

Q: How long do tenders last?
A: By default, tenders are set for 1 month to allow time for brands to bid. Venues can change this period when creating a tender.

Q: Can I close a tender early?
A: Yes. Click "Close & Choose Winner" at the top of a tender, then follow the instructions.

Q: Can I choose more that one winner on a tender?
A: Yes. If it is a house pour, then you can only choose one winner unless you have agreed with the brands the reason for their being more than one winner on a house pour.

Q: Can I choose all my winners at once?
A: Yes. Select the relevant bids in your dashboard, click "Choose as winners" and follow the instructions. You will need to close any tenders where you haven't chosen a winner separately.

Q: Can I close all my remaining tenders at once rather that each tender individually?
A: Select all bids in your Dashboard, then send a message to the brands with feedback using the "Send message to selected" button. Once you have done this, then Get in touch and the EzTenda Team will close the remaining tenders for you.

Q: Do I need to pick a winner?
A: No. Click "Close & Choose Winner" at the top of a tender, then follow the instructions.

Q: I need more time. What should I do?
A: Use a combination of ratings and the Messaging to manage expectations. Give the bids you are considering a good star rating, and those which you aren't a less good rating. Use the sorting function, then select the relevant bids and click "Send message to selected", then send them a message to the bids you are still interested in. Then do the same for the bids you are not interested in.

Q: What happens if I don't pick a winner?
A: Then EzTenda reserves the right to charge you £250 per tender.
